Animal Profile: Junior is an estimated 6 year old, 20 lb neutered male Terrier (likely low shedding/hypoallergenic). At the shelter he was assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care. Foster Update: Junior is such a sweetie! He loves people and dogs. He’s a bit timid but loves to say hello and get in a few sniffs. My resident cats have become very interested in him and he is very good around them. He gets a little excited and wags his tail at them, wanting to be friends. He’s also a cuddle bug and likes to be right by your side. He’s done well on a leash and in the car. He is such an easy dog to have around! Junior currently accompanies his foster mom to her dog-friendly office, and he really enjoys the opportunity to interact with other friendly dogs. Junior could do well as the only-dog in the home, but he also wouldn't mind having a mellow canine companion. He's adapted to city life and he can't wait to land a loving forever family of his own. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes age appropriate neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue. He will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
