Male Dog, Labrador Retriever

Labrador Retriever (Short Coat)

Description:

Meet Harlow! This awesome Lab boy is 90 lbs of greatness. Harlow is around 5-6 years old. His previous owners locked him in a small room so that he could not knock over their 3 small kids. That is no life for a happy and social Lab so we are glad to assist with finding him a new home. Harlow is a friendly and social boy. He gets along with other dogs and likes to play with his toys. He has some mild itching, likely from a poor diet, that we will have our vet take a peek at. Harlow loves walks and would like an active family in a home with a yard. He is a big guy and needs a bit of elbow room. From his foster family: Harlow is a typical happy, sweet, playful, affectionate lab. He is 6 years old, so he is easy around the house, but still has some rambunctious energy when he gets excited. He loves people, toys and playing with other dogs. He is good on walks although interested in chasing birds, great in the car and does well during bath time. He is very food motivated and could use a few more manners around food, although he does his best to wait patiently for treats and meals. He is a big boy, but still wants to be a lap dog and stay as close as he can to his people. He is house trained and not destructive in the house when left alone. Anyone looking for a big dog with a joyous personality will love this guy! This fabulous boy will be vaccinated, chipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
