Tobby is a 2 month old 8 lb mixed breed from Puerto Rico. He has had 2 rounds of DHLPP and a negative fecal test. He is friendly with everyone, and other dogs. He is active and playful and hoping to fly to the mainland where he will have a chance at adoption and a loving home which is in short supply in Puerto Rico.
