Meet Nora. Nora is a friendly tripod dog who is currently at our center in Puerto Rico, waiting for her chance to travel to Virginia. She was abandoned near the center and subsequently hit by a car. The damage to her leg was too severe, so amputation was the best chance at her living a pain-free life. She is happy and friendly with everyone she meets. Shes spayed, vaccinated, and 32 pounds.
