Female Dog, French Bulldog
French Bulldog (Medium Coat)
Description:
MERCY, whose name in her past life was something very different, is healing nicely! ❤️ She wants to play with the other dogs in her foster home—but can’t, due to the prescribed necessary crate rest that is working beautifully! A quiet home is what is needed for her right now, and we are ready to consider adoption to just the right home as she continues healing. She had a broken pelvis, most likely on both sides of her pelvis, and this sure beats surgery! At some point, she might need FHO surgery on one side of her pelvis, but that is something not in the foreseeable future and something we would want applicants to keep in mind if they decide to pursue adoption. When Mercy is with humans, she is fine being kept quiet, but if other dogs are around, she wants to play and that’s making it extremely difficult for her to continue her happy ways at her foster home where there are three other active dogs. She is wonderful with other dogs, great with kids, and of course right now she can’t have active toys or fun games as she would love. She is beautifully house trained, very polite, and a wonderful age of four to five years. French bulldog fans, quiet households, and those willing to pursue happiness with a cute smushed-face companion, here’s your sign!
