Location: Gloucester, VABernadette came into the pound with her newborn family. Her previous home was not suitable and she stayed in a foster home while she raised her family. She was a good mom and now her family is finding their own homes. She would like a home of her own too. Bernadette loves people and is happiest when she is sitting snuggled up alongside her human and getting nice rubs and tasty treats. She will walk on a leash with lots of coaxing but she would really like a fenced in yard to hang out with her peeps. Her leash walking is improving so maybe someday she would like a short walk. At this point, she is considered dog selective. Her dream would have a nice calm home with humans who would help her be a couch potato and who would appreciate her beautiful smile, sweet kisses and adoring nature.
