He is ready to find his forever home filled with comfort, kindness and love. 4-year-old neutered male American Pit Bull Terrier mix, arrived at the shelter on 12/4/25 as a stray.Medium sizeMedium energyHippity has had an extended stay in the shelter while he recovers from some skin issues, but he’s still just as happy-go-lucky and affectionate as you could want. He LOVES to get outside and really does have a sort of hopping gait that is most endearing. He has a playful attitude around other dogs, and is very gentle so would seem like a good candidate for living with children as well.The Henrico Police Animal Shelter is accessible by appointment only.
