Male Dog, Labrador Retriever

Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed

Description:

Hi there! My name is Bear! I am a 4-year-old neutered male Lab/ Pit mix who weighs around 68lbs. I was originally found off of Manor Drive in Heath, TX on 3/4/24 and sadly never reclaimed. So now I am looking for my fur ever home. I am a sweet boy who absolutely loves people. I enjoy going for walks and lounging around on a comfy bed or blanket. I love tennis balls and love to play fetch! I walk great on a leash and love adventures! If you have other dogs in the home a meet and greet is suggested to make sure we play well together before bringing me home. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, and up to date on my basic yearly boosters. I did test positive for heartworms, however, thanks to Rockwall PAWS, I am able to receive treatment for little to no cost to my adopter. If you would like to make me a member of your family, please complete an online application here: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/. RAC staff will be in touch with approved applicants to schedule meet and greets accordingly. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email [email protected]. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
