Male Dog,

Unknown Breed (Medium Coat)

Description:

Part muppet, part Pixar character, and 100% original and never before seen, Humble is playful, ridiculously cute, and marches to the beat of his own drum. This lively cutie is on the search for a forever home that understands his unique needs—and you can also see him show off his kisses and dance moves here (from before he was shaved)! While Humble has a very sweet and silly side, he can also be unpredictable with handling at times, and would thrive with a patient person (or people) who can read his cues and help him continue building trust, as well as a routine. He is looking for a dog-savvy, adult-only home where his quirks will be appreciated, and he can feel his most confident self. But once he has had the chance to open up, Humble turns into quite the lovebug and will want nothing more than to snuggle up in your lap. He would also benefit greatly from having appropriate outlets to channel his sometimes larger than life energy, like plenty of play time, enrichment, and training to help him stay regulated. Humble loves to wrestle and play tag with his foster brother (see here and here), and would be a great little brother to a patient sibling who is willing to show him the ropes. He can however be a bit stingy with his toys, and could also be very happy as an only child in the right home and environment. Additionally Humble has excellent leash walking skills, and would love to be your adventure buddy and sidekick, near or far since he also does very well for car rides. He is even learning how to sit at corners when waiting for a green light, and is eager to learn lots of new tricks with the help of some snacks! Humble loves his people with his whole heart and mostly means well, and just needs a bit of coaching on how to be a proper gentleman. If you're ready to see Humble's soft, snuggly sweetness and playful spirit shine through, please email us at [email protected] to chat more about this special pup!
