Please contact Debbie ([email protected]) for more information about this pet. Dog:Hank Age:1 Weight: 62 Location: Southern Maryland Nicknames: Good with other dogs?: Yes. Good with cats? yes Good with children? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with kids under 10 Activity Preference: Hope you like to run long distances! IQ: Average Hank's favorite things: Hank’s favorite thing to do is explore. He is a zoomie master and loves to romp in the yard. He is constantly chasing a ball or wrestling with any willing canine pal. Hank forever home must haves:1) doggie friend2) fenced yard3) lots of chewies and plushie toys Hank is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, going for car rides, walking on a leash, playing, catching balls/frisbee, following commands Ideal home: another dog, a fenced yard, Lots of exercise opportunities Training Needs: leash training, needs obedience training Health issues: None Meet Hank Hank loovvvveesss other dogs. He lives for romps in the yard with his foster brother and foster cousin. His ideal forever home would have another young, energetic dog to wrestle and zoom with. His foster bulldog brother doesn’t quite have the stamina to keep up with him and Hank just can’t understand why playtime zoomies are so short. He much prefers his Doberman foster cousin to play with. Hank is very sweet and loves affection. He is very people friendly and can’t wait to meet new friends. Hank gets so excited so he needs to be reminded not to jump but it’s wonderful to have a friendly, happy guy around new people and dogs. Hank is food motivated and very trainable. He knows all the basic commands like sit, down, come, wait, off, and heel. Hank is never boring and will keep you laughing with his goofy antics. He would do best in an active home with lots of outside time and space to stretch his legs. He would make a great running or trail partner. His foster family are not runners, but give him quality time outside each day practicing his training, throwing the ball, or exploring the woods. Hank has a lot of energy but is easily managed. If you are looking for a couch potato, Hank is not for you. If you are looking for a young, healthy, fun loving dog you can take places and spend time with, Hank is your guy!
