Many of you have been following 4 year old Howie for awhile. We want to share some new info we have on Howie that we are so excited about. We sent Howie to another foster home for a few days away from his current foster mom who he is attached to so we could see how he would do in a new environment. We really expected him to shut down and hide. When I tell you he shocked us all! He was walking around the living room and exploring, he was walking in and out of his kennel and was even coming when called!! We are soo proud of Howie and how far he has come. We are confident now that he will continue to flourish in a new home. He does still need to go to a home with another social dog and a fenced in yard. He is not completely potty trained but is doing well when taken out frequently.
