Hi, I'm Bear! After being at the shelter for a long 6 months getting treated for heartworm, I officially have the all clear by the vet to be adopted! Woohoo! I'm the sweetest, most loving, happy-go-lucky dog you could seriously ever meet. I LOVE being with people, and I act like everyone I meet is my BFF. I do great with other dogs, and I have a kinda rough playstyle. I'm so easy going, it's likely I could live with cats as well (with proper introductions). My ideal home is one with someone that is home most of the time (I do have separation anxiety) and has lots of room for me to run and play. I LOVE playing with squeaky toys! I'm very good at going for walks, and I love taking a nice stroll. I tend to bark in car rides at first, but do quiet down eventually. It's important for adopters to know that I do have food allergies, but adopters would be given all of this info along with being sent home with the current food I'm eating. Come meet me, and finally give me my forever home!
