The handsome guy is Tux. Tux is all dressed up, and now needs a place to go... he'd love to come hang out at your house. Tux was trapped as part of a small TNR effort in Harleysville, but this guy was too friendly to let back out. Plus, Tux tested positive for FIV, which is no big deal, but means he should live the rest of his life as an inside cat. FIV is very hard to transmit from cat to cat, so Tux could live with other calm cats. He will need regular vet care, as FIV can affect a cat's immune system, so he needs to be kept healthy. Other than that, Tux should have no issues from the FIV and should live a long, happy life. Tux is a friendly guy once he gets to know people, and will even tolerate being cuddled for a bit. As he gets more comfortable in his foster home, he is opening up more each day, and we expect that in a forever home, he will blossom into the amazingly sweet cat we know he is.
