Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed

Description:

Lap Cat seeks just the right lap. That's it.* *The fine print: Matilda is a 7-ish year old who is sweet, gentle, and loving. To the casual observer, she seems to have it all: yummy meals, restful naps, short bursts of playtime (during which her alter ego, Silly Tilly, emerges), pets and cuddles, occasional treats, a dedicated window seat for birdwatching and sun-baths. But she’s missing just one thing: a lap to call her own. This former porch cat is adapting well to “indoor life.” In her foster home, she’s been secure, curious, and loving, even when encountering new people and experiences. She’s the definition of cuddlebug, who will enjoy pets on your lap when it’s available. She’ll also be okay cuddling up next to you and sometimes doing her own thing (i.e. napping in a comfy bed). She’ll reward all cuddles and love with loud purrs. This very pretty girl is well-mannered, low-maintenance and ready to become your good friend. Oh, and did we mention that she likes laps? If you feel you might be interested in offering this sweet and thankful (and, occasionally, silly) gal a home...and a lap just reach out to [email protected].
