Description:
Edam is a very sweet kitty. She is curious, sensitive, and likes to be in the same room as you. She likes to watch you do chores quietly and sleeps at the foot of your bed every night. When we first got Edam she was very shy and liked to keep to one room. Now she explores all the rooms and jumps on top of different surfaces. She loves playing with string and small toys and has a lot of energy. She likes to be pet on her belly when she is feeling really comfortable. We love Edam! She used to live with her brother and another cat but we think she was not able to fully be herself with other cats. She seems to be really coming into herself as the only animal. Maybe as an older cat she would do well with another cat.
