~~Born mid-august 2015. Very friendly, seen by a vet, healthy, up to date on shots. Balsa is an absolute sweetheart. Very sweet and playful. As a kitten he had an issue with a virus, leaving Balsa just a little unbalanced in his hind legs. However, this doesn't stop him from running and climbing! Balsa does spray so please consider sponsoring him so we can continue giving him a loving home at the shelter!
