He is shy to start, but warms up quickly. He is super sweet, purrs and enjoys watching birds out the window with his foster pal, Sophia, also posted. He can be adopted with her or to a home with another cat. Franklin's adoption fee is $125. He is neutered, current on vaccines, FeLV/FIV negative and microchipped.
