Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Thistle was a friendly outside kitty for most of her life. She had a caretaker where she ate, however, until January, she was not spayed. Known as "momma" around the neighborhood explains what her life has been up until today. Her caretaker took her to get spayed however, momma had some complications and upon returning to the vet, she was unable to pay her medical costs. To give her the best chance, her caretaker signed her over to the vet to provide her medical care and also find her a forever home. Thistle was born around 2015, however, this is an estimate based on looking at her teeth. Thistle is currently living in a foster home in Palmyra. She resides with other kitties and 3 dogs. She is still acclimating as she hasn't been the foster home, so slow introductions will be taking place to assess if she can live with them. Thistle has the sweetest gentle personality. She greets you with a tiny meow when get home and loves to rub all over your legs to greet you. She loves living inside and has no desire to go back outside. She loves to lay on soft blankets, eat soft food and kibble as much as she wants, and sleep where its comfortable. Thistle's adoption donation is 90.00 and includes updated vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay.
