Birthdays: October 27, 2019 These two sisters are bonded by shared experiences and love. Penumbra and Sombra were surrendered by their owner after they encountered an unfortunate life event, causing them to be unable to care for the two girls. Though this was unexpected turn of events, they still had each other. Now they are looking for their new family to spend their whole lives. Not only do they look similar (aside from one trait), they also share the same personality! If you want to talk about doting, these girls have it down to an art! They can't wait to be petted! In fact, they will lean into your hand when you scratch their heads! When it's feeding time, it's like a happy ray of sunshine shone through the room! They will gleefully stand up and wait patiently for their food dish to be prepared. They are incredibly relaxed and quiet, spending most of the day snoozing away in their favorite beds. They don't even mind if you hold them! They're hoping their new home will be a quieter place, so they can chill to their hearts content! In case you couldn't tell by the pictures or names, these girls are black cats that are almost carbon copies of each other. So, how are you supposed to figure out which one is which? Well, the biggest giveaway is their eyes. While Sombra has two striking yellow eyes, Penumbra has two just as equally striking yellow eyes, except her left side has a cataract! She may not be able to see out of it, but she's just as happy as her sister! Their adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
