Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)

Description:

Birthday: March 19, 2025 Dragonfly was in dire need of medical attention when she was discovered. She was caught during a TNR mission and taken straight to the vet for an evaluation. Her eyes were severely infected, and she suffered from an upper respiratory infection. Thankfully, after antibiotics were administered to her, she's fully recovered and much happier for it! However, one eye was damaged to the point where she has limited vision. However, that doesn't stop her from living life to the fullest! As you can imagine, Dragonfly is a bit shy and skittish, but she has improved since her foster began to work with her. After she learned that she gets treats after taking her eye medicine, she gladly accepts pets from her foster. It may take some time for her to fully trust humans, but she's on the right track! As long as her new family understands of her nervous behavior, she'll grow more attached to them. She doesn't like being held and is getting more used to being petted. In fact sometimes she rolls for belly rubs. Dragonfly does have some spunk in her too, surprisingly! She loves to play with her other feline buddies, especially Beetle and Butterfly! It is best that she has another kitty friend either to go home with her or one at home that can take her under their paw and show her the new home and life. She covets toys like they are the holy grail! The only thing better than toys is food! She can't get enough of her canned meals, and it can make for a great bribe to ger her used to petting while she eats! Dragonfly's adoption donation is $135 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
