Description:

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love RescueSHY BUT SWEET SENIOR Meow! My name is Millie. My estimated date of birth is 4/23/2018. I am a shy but sweet senior girl who is struggling in the rescue environment. I find all these noises and constantly meeting new people to be stressful... I'm starting to shut down and having a hard time trusting people. I'm defensive and am looking for a special adopter who will take the time to build my trust. I am a sweet girl once I feel safe with you. I am calm and relaxed. I enjoy those cave cat beds, as they provide me with a safe space. I am quiet. I do not like to be picked up as it makes me feel unsafe. I am overweight and could benefit from losing a few pounds. I am on a special diet and have specific, prescribed dietary needs. I do not like other cats or children. I do not have experience with dogs. I am at the Kitty Corner, could you help me find my forever home?Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it. We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year. Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts! SAVING ONE CAT MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD...BUT FOR THAT ONE CAT, THE WORLD CHANGES FOREVER!
