Shelby is a high energy vocal little girl who loves being in the middle of the action. She had a rough start in life, found on the side of the road, she was very dirty and had trouble opening one eye but that didn’t stop her. After having her infected eye removed, she was finally feeling better and allowed her personality to shine. Each morning she greets her foster mom with a little chat about her night and keeps her company while getting ready for work. During the day she spends her time playing with her foster siblings and doggy friend. She is small but mighty.Shelby would do great in a home with another cat. She likes dogs okay but having a cat would be great for her. Note: if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens. This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development. Companionship is critical. They will also entertain each other and you! We offer a low cost spay and neuter package. This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained.
