ALINA is a curious 2 year old cat who had a litter of kittens in April. She has been a fantastic mom and, despite her initial hesitance with humans, raised her kittens to be fearless and sweet. Since weaning and having some time to decompress, she’s really started to grow into her own personality. She’s found joy in birdwatching out windows, cat games on the tv, playing with ball tracks, and now that her kittens are older they’ve started wrestling and playing.After a long introductory period, mostly due to her strong protective instincts regarding her kittens, Alina has successfully integrated with the other adult cats in her foster home and is doing really well refining her feline social skills.Alina loves being near people, watching whatever they’re doing, and purring about it. She‘s thrilled about a good nose-to-tail petting! She prefers to sleep in a room with a person but wants to initiate snuggling though a good ear-rub.Alina is a soft-hearted cat who is bold with other cats. She seems to want to be a lap cat but needs patience and gentle encouragement to show her it’s safe. Let Alina set the pace to your friendship and this sweet girl will warm up in no time. She is absolutely willing to be bribed with treats and toys. Age 2 This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations and parasite-free.
