Elsie arrived at the shelter in May 2025. She was being fostered in New Bethlehem, PA. The person who was fostering her could no longer keep her. She is still timid and afraid of her new environment. Volunteers are able to pet her. She needs a home with time and love, and she will certainly come out of her shell!
