Poor Phil is an absolute doll, but scared to the point of still hiding here at the shelter. Yhis sweet, smartly dressed guy will do great in a quiet, loving environment where he doesn't have to hide anymore. Loves attention, just needs the right home to shine.The Haywood County Animal Services Adoption Center is located at 453 Jones Cove Road, Clyde, NC 28721.
