Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair
Description:
Mahina is a little bit more reserved than her sister Aloiki, but give her just a few seconds to warm up and she’ll be rolling over on her back asking for belly rubs and purring loudly. This sweet black kitten has just two little dots of white on her coat, and hidden tabby stripes, and will be absolutely gorgeous when she grows up. Mihina always likes to be at the highest level she can get to in the room, and often hangs back to watch her sister and brothers playing below. She joins in to the wrestling, too, and especially loves to play for a while, and then settle down for a snuggle with one or more of her siblings. She will need a playful companion in her new home, and one of them would make a great choice!Meet Aloiki, Kaleo, Hoaloha and Mahina at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd, from 12-4pm on Saturday during our weekly adoption event. All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. Apply to adopt to be the first to schedule a meet and greet. They will be available as soon as Friday, 5/16. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at [email protected] for more information. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
