Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair
Domestic Short Hair
Description:
Kaleo is the shyest and most reserved sibling, and would probably do best in a less chaotic household, but he still loves to explore, play with toys, and wrestle all around the room with his siblings. If you sit quietly with him in the room, after a little while he will come close, settle down next to you, and purr quietly while being pet, but quick movements or loud noises make him jump even more than the average kitten. He’s got a rabbit-soft brown tabby and bright white coat, and an adorable face, and will definitely grow up to be a handsome adult. Even though he’s shy, Kaleo still definitely will need to have a playful buddy in his new home, and he thinks that adopting one of his siblings would really help him come out of his shell!t Meet Aloiki, Kaleo, Hoaloha and Mahina at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd, from 12-4pm on Saturday during our weekly adoption event. All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. Apply to adopt to be the first to schedule a meet and greet. They will be available as soon as Friday, 5/16. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at [email protected] for more information. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
