Jassamine is a super-friendly and affectionate kitty who is very social. She is vocal and likes to be picked up and held. She wants to be where the people are all the time and gets lonely when she is by herself. Although she is motivated by human attention, she is also food-motivated and loves to eat. Jassamine gets along well with other calm and even-tempered cats, but she is not a big fan of the dog she met at her foster house. Jassamine would do best in a home with parents who have enough time to show her a lot of attention and love and other kitty companions to keep her company.Meet Jassamine by completeing the adoption application online. She has moved into our Thrift Hound Leicester store location and you can meet her there but in order to interact with her outside the condo, please complete the adoption application online first and await a call to coordinate a meeting as store staff members are unable to screen applications onsite. All cats are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, FELV/FIV tested, microchipped, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
