Wren, Willow, Waverly, Wendy and Wisteria all came to the shelter as stray kitties, and are waiting their turn to go up for adoption at our main Shelter in Santa Cruz.. These girls are social, cuddly, confident and playful. Since they are functioning well as a group of 'teenagers', we anticipate any of them should do well in another home with another cat after a period of time. They may do well in a home with responsible kids who understand that although they are young and full of life, they are still pretty fragile. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
