The dark side of the moon is an expression that references the part of the moon we never `see` because the earth is always in montion. Moon, the cat, is a bit shy, and some may think they may never see her. But like the real `dark side of the moon`, Moon does indeed come around. It will take a good eye, and even better heart, to really make Moon shine. Moon came to us a as a stray after just weaning some kittens, and is looking for a home that can open their hearts to a former feral cat looking for a bright future. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
