He is one of three brothers who were discarded and left by someone to fend for themselves as juveniles. All three made their way (one at a time) to our backdoor for food. We placed one with close friends of ours and kept the second. Finally, the third, Pye, showed up and quickly warmed up to us. We’ve had lots of cats come in and out of our lives. I can tell you that all three of these brothers have really special personalities. Pye is affectionate, playful, smart, a little silly, and loves to talk and trill. He’s still a little nervous with new people, but that fades quickly. He loves sitting on our laps or close by and being petted. He also loves to play. A ribbon on a stick, toy mouse, and catnip sock are his current favorites. He’s spent most of his two years outside living rough, so he’s really enjoying lots of love and affection.
