Nugget and his two orange brothers were rescued from a difficult life on the streets. While his brother, Mac, was initially shy, Nugget was different—he was yearning for a connection. We took a chance, and he immediately blossomed. Within days, he was purring and rolling at our feet, showing us just how ready he was to be a cherished companion. Nugget has two brain cells, and they're both competing for third place. One is entirely devoted to food, the other to belly rubs. His favorite pastimes include lying down like he can’t be bothered to stand while eating, relaxing so hard while getting pets that he falls off the couch or bed, and being a professional Mac antagonizer. He's very playful, incredibly sweet, and wants to be in everyone’s business all the time. He also loves being held like a baby, receiving gentle butt smacks, and carrying toys around the house like they're his babies. He's a great mix of fun and affection. He loves to play, but he's also an expert snuggler. He's great with his litter box and has a healthy appetite. Although he can be a little shy when he first meets new people, he warms up quickly, especially with the help of his brother, Mac. Nugget is bonded with his brother, Mac, and we would like them to be adopted together. Mac is a shy cat who may take a little longer to adjust to his new surroundings, but Nugget's confidence helps him feel safe. Together, they are a dynamic duo ready to fill your home with love and purrs. Both boys are neutered, vaccinated and FIV/FeLV negative.
