Description:
Aruba is a super sweet, affectionate cat who loves being close to his person once he feels safe. He starts out a little apprehensive, but give him about a week and you’ll see his loving, loyal side come out. He’s happiest snuggled up next to you in bed or hanging out nearby while you read or relax. He can be a little timid with new people, so patience is key, but once he warms up, he might follow you around like your shadow. He’s not a fan of being picked up or sitting in laps, but he absolutely loves cuddling on his own terms. Aruba’s also really into playtime! Feather wands are his favorite, and he’ll jump right in when you hold them high. Sometimes he gets a little overstimulated and might swat or give a gentle nip, but he’s quick to settle back into snuggle mode. Aruba would do best with someone who’s home often and appreciates a cat who’s both independent and super loving once he trusts you. Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. This cat is currently in a foster home.
