Description:

Redford — Big Jowls, Bigger Personality, and a Whole Lot of Opinions Hi. I’m Redford.Yes, those jowls are mine. Impressive, right? I like to think of them as architectural masterpieces… with attitude. I was rescued from the streets of San Francisco, where I lived my life as a true tomcat — independent, street-smart, and absolutely convinced I was in charge of everything (honestly, not much has changed). Now I’m adjusting to indoor life, which is… fine. I guess. You’ve got walls, furniture, snacks — it has potential. I currently find couches and beds most useful as strategic hiding locations while I evaluate you and your household. I’ll come out when I decide. Not before. But when I do? Oh, you’ll know. I want pets. Immediately. Enthusiastically. With commitment. And I will repay you by making biscuits like my life depends on it — we’re talking full-force, deeply emotional kneading. It’s intense. It’s beautiful. It’s a whole experience. Sometimes I might give you a little hiss — don’t take it personally. It’s not a threat, just my way of saying “hey, I’m still figuring things out.” The rusty little meow that follows? That’s just me being dramatic. I contain multitudes. Toys are… questionable. I’m a grown man. I don’t just chase things without a reason. I’m learning, though. Slowly. Suspiciously. Let’s be clear — I’m not a beginner cat. I’m a project. A relationship. A slow burn. I need someone patient who understands that trust takes time… but once you’ve earned it, you’ll get to see my softer side (and yes, it’s worth it). I’d be happy as your one and only, but I could also do well with the right feline friend who respects my boundaries and appreciates my… strong personality. Concerned about me being FIV+? Don’t be—there’s lots of helpful information out there to put your mind at ease. I can live a long, healthy life, meow. If you’d like to learn more, here’s a great resource from Cornell University.
