Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair (Medium Coat)

Description:

Splash Hello – My name is Splash. I’m a sleek, shorthair girl with a little splash of black on top of my head. I’m not quite as fancy as my sister Marie, but we sure do look cute together. Marie and I came into the shelter as bottle babies. We are very close and would like to go to our furever home together. I love to play and cuddle, especially with sister. My purr motor starts before you even pet me. Like my sister, I have cerebellar hypoplasia, commonly called CH or wobbly cat syndrome. CH is a congenital condition that is not contagious or progressive. CH affects the area of the brain that controls fine motor movement, balance and coordination. I have a very mild case of CH, you might not even notice my tremors. As a CH cat, it is important that I be an indoor only cat with no access to stairs inside to prevent possible injury. It’s probably best if there aren’t young kids or wild dogs in the house either. I have been raised around other kittens, adult cats, and a medium sized dog. Us kittens have trained the dog to be very polite and careful around kittens.
