Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)

Description:

Male Felv+ Cat (2yo):ADOPT ✨CLOVER✨ NOTE: Clover is FELV+ Clover is Felv+ so acceptable homes include: home with other Felv+ cats pre-existing mixed Felv+/Felv- home (must already have at least one Felv+ cat as i’m not comfortable exposing previously unexposed Felv- cats to Felv) single cat home (can have other pets like dogs since Felv is only transmissible to cats) Clover is an adorable and very sweet 2yo boy who is looking for his forever home! I rescued him myself from a south LA colony back in 2023 and I named him Clover because of the heart shaped patch on his side that looks just like a clover leaf. He is regressive Felv+ so while he still can’t live with Felv- cats, he has a better prognosis. Clover is the king of funny facial expressions so he’s guranteed to make you smile! He’s a very silly boy who naps in the funniest positions I’ve ever seen! He absolutely adores both cats and humans. He loves cuddles, pets, belly rubs, and just spending quality time with his humans. He’s very playful as well. Clover is a HUGE cat lover so ideally he’d like a home with another Felv+ cats but he’d still be totally happy as a single cat with a loving human. If you already have an Felv+ cat, Clover would be a perfect buddy because he has never met a cat he didn’t immediately love! He has not lived with dogs but based on his very easygoing and happy-go-lucky personality, I think he’d do well in a home with dogs too! He’s such a sweet little lovebug and would make the perfect addition to any family. Medical/Vetting Info: Clover is dewormed, neutered, FIV/Felv Tested (FIV- / Felv+), microchipped, and is in good health as confirmed by his recent labwork! He became ill from Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA) in august but he’s now a happy, healthy boy again with completely normal labwork. However, because of the IMHA, he is not up to date on his vaccines. He received his initial series of FVRCP as a kitten (finished in 2024) but has not received his 1yr booster or his rabies vaccine. My vet has advised against doing those (at least for now - could potentially change later on) since vaccination could trigger a relapse of the IMHA. Note: This is a courtesy posting for rescuer Ciana. The kittens/cats are not part of LB Spay & Neuter Adoptable Rescues. Please email [email protected]
