Poor Violet was very unhappy and hid for a long time, she also couldn't tolerate to share space with other cats and kept being withdrawn and fearful. Finally a space opened up where she could be by herself and the transformation was instantaneous. Her true personality started to show which is that of an extremely affectionate and social cat that loves to be petted and brushed. She will let you know though when she had enough.
