Description:
SEPTEMBER 2025 PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! JANETTE MILLER and her 5 siblings (THEODORE SEVILLE - ALVIN SEVILLE - BRITTANY MILLER - ELEANOR MILLER) were living in a large colony in Long Beach, California. She was part of a large colony that was getting TNR help. They were living in a busy parking area under cars because management had bolted shut the area under houses they use to seek shelter. People had intentionally run over some and & poisoning others there. Since the 6 were already 5-6 months old and were unsocialized and very skittish, they were released back to the site. Their trapper called us crying the night she was releasing them because she had no other option since she already had 8 cats at home she had nowhere to put them. When she released them, all 6 were crying and confused in the middle of the street until they all came together and touched each other’s noses and cuddled up in a ball in middle of street. So that was our cue to bring them to our rescue. JEANTTE MILLER has taken her time to trust us. Now she is absolutely ready for her home! A testament to love: Meet JEANTTE MILLER, a survivor's journey to happiness! JEANTTE MILLER's story is a beautiful testament to the resilience of a once-frightened kitten and the transformative power of love. Brought in from the streets with her siblings, these young teens were understandably terrified and bewildered by their new, safe surroundings. But with patience and compassion, JEANTTE MILLER has blossomed into an incredibly loving and affectionate cat, ready to find her forever family. Today, all traces of that street-hardened fear are gone. Instead, you'll find a cat who adores being close to her people. Her favorite ritual is the graceful, loving rub against your legs, a sweet reward for her trust. This isn't just a casual interaction; it's an invitation for affection, a sign that she has chosen you as her safe space. When it comes to the simple joys of life, JEANTTE MILLER is an enthusiast. Her love for a good meal is evident, especially when it comes to her delicious wet food. She will also happily let you carry her, a sign of her complete trust in you. Her affectionate nature shines brightest during cuddle sessions, where she will soak up all the pets and attention you can give. And when it's time to play, she is a delightful and curious playmate, with a love for all kinds of toys. But perhaps one of JEANTTE MILLER's most endearing qualities is her little meow. For a cat of her size, her voice is a surprisingly dainty and sweet little sound, a perfect final touch to her charming personality. It's just one more delightful detail that makes her so special. JEANTTE MILLER is a survivor who has left her past behind and is embracing a future filled with love and comfort. She is living proof that a little bit of patience can lead to a lifetime of purrs and affection. If you're looking for a loving companion who will remind you every day of the good that's possible, JEANTTE MILLER is waiting to meet you. JANETTE MILLER is a EGYPTIAN MAU / TABBY-TIGER MIX. She is about 4 years 4 months old and is good with cats. She has never been around children or dogs. JEANTTE MILLER is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1.
