Description:

NOVEMBER 2025 PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. One of our previous fosters found a mama cat (LUCY) and her 4 kittens (LILI - SHANDRA - JACE - ALANI) eating out of the dumpster at her work site in Hemet, California. Before trapping them, she reached out if we cold help her. We agreed if she would foster. We had the mama cat scheduled to be fixed. The day before she was due to get fixed, she had a second litter. So apparently she was pregnant before she was trapped. Her new liter of 4 kittens was LYNA - ELARA - CASTOR - POLLUX. CASTOR, a charming white and gray tabby, is a cat who truly embodies the phrase "silly kitty". While his handsome looks may draw you in, his goofy, affectionate personality is what will make you fall in love. A social butterfly in waiting CASTOR may take a moment to warm up, but once he knows you, his true, social nature shines through. He loves to be petted and adored and has a remarkably patient and trusting spirit. As you can see from his photos, this sweet boy lets anyone show him love, and he'll even tolerate being dressed up! A foodie with a flair for treats CASTOR is a true connoisseur of all things delicious. His affection for treats, especially Churu, and wet food is a surefire way to win his heart. He'll happily follow you around the kitchen, offering quiet purrs and hopeful glances as you prepare his next meal. The perfect companion for love and laughter If you're looking for a companion who will provide endless entertainment, cuddles, and love, CASTOR is your guy. He's not just a cat; he's a loving family member waiting for his forever home. Ready to open your heart to CASTOR? Come meet this silly, sweet boy and discover the joy of having him in your life. CASTOR is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR/ TABBY MIX. He is about 1 year 3 months old and is good with cats. In his foster home, he was around other kittens and his mom. He has never been around children or dogs. CASTOR is currently at PETSMART *** 17651 Colima Rd, City of Industry, CA 91748*** ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT) 2. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient. CASTOR is ALREADY fully vetted. The adoption fee of $200 covers: Neuter FVRCP shots RABIES shot FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative) Drontal Dewormer Stronghold Flea Control Microchip We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS. If for some unfortunate reason you missed out on the kitten/cat you emailed about...I'm sure that we could help you with another rescue baby! Just ask! If you have any questions not covered here, please feel free to email us: [email protected]
