Summers County Humane Society Meet Jasper. This happy boy is looking for a new home. He was seized by animal control from a neglect situation. Even with this not so happy beginning, he is loving his new life at the shelter getting love, attention and plenty of food from his caretakers. Jasper gets along with other dogs but we do not know what he thinks of cats. He is learning to walk on a leash and some basic commands. Please help Jasper find his loving forever home.
