Male Dog,

Unknown Breed

Description:

IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER / AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT Meet Fozzie! Fozzie is 5 years old, male (approx. DOB tbd), 93 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered and micro-chipped. Fozzie was found as an abandoned homeless stray, having to fend for himself in NC. He is good with other dogs (likes the gentle dainty playgroups), is your typical aloof husky! If a snow beast and a teddy bear had a baby, it would be Fozzie. This extra-large, extra-fluffy boy is pure floof power (looking suspiciously like a Yeti). Fozzie is a smart cookie; he knows Sit and Shake. He is seeking an experienced home that has another dog, will be patient with him; in typical husky nature, he isn't a big fan of restraint or being forced. Stay tuned for more information as Fozzie is a new rescue! If you are interested in adopting Fozzie, please fill out an Application at www.Passion-4-Paws.org (please make sure you have the Vermont site, not CT) - thanks! Please note, Fosters have 1st option of Adoption. Check out his Facebook Page (Please "like" us while you are there) Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
