Description:
IN NEED OF LOCAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER / AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT Meet Mama Anna (of Lee, Ben, & mama GS Anna)! Anna is 4 years old, female (approx. DOB 7-14-21), 76 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed and micro-chipped. Anna is a stunning girl who is as sweet as can be. This gentle giant is a true people-pleaser with a heart of gold. Having recently raised a litter of puppies; we LOVE our mama dogs! Anna is exceptionally patient and loving, making her a great potential fit for a home with children. Anna is a social butterfly who gets along famously with other dogs and has shown no aggression towards cats. Her energy level is a manageable medium, perfect for a family that enjoys both active play and quiet evenings at home. She's a well-behaved dog both on and off the leash, and her curiosity about other dogs and people is a testament to her friendly nature. Don't let her size fool you; Anna is a well-mannered house guest. She isn't destructive, doesn't guard her food, and is quiet and calm when left alone. She knows an impressive list of commands, including sit, shake, lie down, and roll over. Her one quirky habit? Her desire to please her humans means she's a quick learner. Anna's ideal home would be in a more rural setting with a large yard where she can frolic to her heart's content. She thrives on attention and would love a family that has plenty of love to give. If you're looking for a loyal, well-behaved, and sweet companion, Anna is the dog for you! If you are interested in adopting Anna please fill out an Application at www.Passion-4-Paws.org (please make sure you have the Vermont site, not CT) - thanks! Please note, Fosters have 1st option of Adoption Please check out Anna's Facebook Page and like us while you are there! Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
