Hey everyone, I am Mary Puppins! (aka Poppy), a Plott hound from Texas. Just look at how gorgeous my fur is (I took a close-up selfie) and it's soft too! Being only 10-months-old I have a great time playing with all my dog friends large and small, although I'm only 31 lbs. I'm just getting used to doing my business outside so occasionally I make a mistake but I learned how to use the doggy door already. I can be a little timid with eating food from my bowl unless I'm in a quiet place by myself, but I can gobble a treat any time! I enjoy playing, but also love to snuggle with both dog and human friends. You won't believe how awesome I am on a leash! Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
