ALTO is a gorgeous Shepherd mix, about 45 lbs and a little over a year old. He landed on the euthanasia list at the shelter due to his fear and anxiety. He would cower in the back of his kennel, scared and unsure. But with time, patience, and love in foster care, his true personality has shined through! ALTO is a sweet, lovable boy who thrives on human companionship. He loves being close to his people and adores belly rubs! His playful, puppy-like energy makes him the perfect companion for an active family, especially those who enjoy playing games of chase with other dogs. ♂️ ALTO is GREAT with other dogs. He has not been tested with cats or livestock, but that can be done. He does have a bit of separation anxiety, so if you work-from-home or home a lot of the day would be ideal —k nowing he is secure in a loving home, that can be worked through.
