Caesar is great with small dogs, his brother is a shih tzu. He loves cuddles and is good with children. He doesn't like to see people ruff playing; he barks at the individual . He is a protector. He loves to lay out on the floor and watch his surroundings. He is happy and loves to play. He will hugs you if you ask him to and he listens to verbal commands.
