Hi! I'm Trixie! I'm an approximately 3 year old, female, Australian Shepherd mix. I am a sweet girl and very smart girl! I know basic commands like sit, stay, come and am leash trained. I have not yet met a cat but I do well with kids however I am suggested with children over the age of 13 years old. If you have another dog in the home a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption to ensure we get along before deciding to adopt. I love to run and play and am excited to find my furr ever home! Meet and greets will be by approved application only. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative. I was diagnosed with a skin issue that seems to be either a metabolic issue or stress related. I have been treated with Bravecto as of 05/01/25. Once in a home along with a proper balanced diet, hopefully my hair will grow back to its normal beautiful self. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
