Meet Sunny A Handsome German Shepherd/Husky Mix Ready to Brighten Your Day! Hi, I'm Sunny! I'm about 2 years old and weigh around 50 pounds of pure love and energy. I was surrendered on 06/02/2025 because I don't do well with young kids, so I'm best suited for a home with teens 16 and older who understand my needs. I'm house and crate trained, and I walk nicely on a leash perfect for strolls or adventures. While I haven't met many other dogs yet, if you have a furry friend at home, a meet and greet is encouraged to see if we're a good match. I'm a big fan of affection and can't wait to meet my forever family who will shower me with love and care. I have been searching for my furr ever home for 124 days as of 10/04/2025 and am now considered a Diamond Dog! My adoption fee is $75. I'm neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, boosters, and heartworm negative. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
