Female Dog, Australian Kelpie
Australian Kelpie / Mixed
Description:
Meet Sugar! Sugar is a beautiful 2 year old female Australian Kelpie mix weighing 35 pounds who is ready to find her forever home! Sugar was found as a stray near Althea in Rockwall on 08/05/26 and, after not being reclaimed, is now available for adoption. Sugar is a sweet, affectionate girl who forms a strong connection with people and looks to her humans for affection, reassurance, and companionship. Because she appears to be especially dependent on human interaction and validation, Sugar would benefit from a home where someone is around most of the time and can provide her with the companionship, consistency, and security she needs to thrive. She would be a wonderful match for someone looking for a loving companion who truly wants to be part of their everyday life. Sugar's adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my annual boosters, and heartworm negative. If you are interested in making Sugar part of your family, please complete an online adoption application at: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email [email protected]. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
