Description:
Meet Meatloaf! Meatloaf is a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix weighing approximately 55 pounds who is looking for a forever family. After spending 157 days in the shelter as of 08/17/26, he is now one of our Diamond Dogs, and his adoption fee has been reduced to just $75. This social, outgoing boy loves meeting new people and has a fun, larger than life personality that keeps everyone smiling. Meatloaf is always ready for attention, adventures, and making new friends. Meatloaf does well with female dogs but is not compatible with male dogs or cats. A meet and greet is recommended for homes with a resident female dog. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination and core boosters, and heartworm positive. Thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his heartworm treatment is sponsored. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Meatloaf is ready to meet you. Apply to adopt Meatloaf today: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email [email protected]. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
