Hey there! I'm Kirby The Spunky Pup Ready to Steal Your Heart! I'm about 11 months old, a lively Pit mix weighing in at around 63 lbs of pure puppy energy! Found near Rockbrook Drive in Rockwall back in March, I'm still waiting for my forever family to come along and share all the love and fun I've got to offer. I'm sweet, silly, and full of zestI love to run, play, and figure out all the puppy games. Right now, I'm mastering the art of walking like a true gentleman on a leash, and I'm working on my crate and house training skills. Got patience? Great! I'll need some help learning my basic commands too. Since I'm such a playful guy, I'd do best in an adult-only home or with kids 16 and up who can keep up with my puppy antics. I'm neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. I have been searching for my furr ever home for 198 days as of 10/04/2025 and am now considered a Diamond Dog! IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
